Hello Sunday...it's a beautiful Fall day here in western PA for the 1st football game of the regular season. Steelers are whooping SF going into the half, too!! :) NASCAR is also starting the chase today...baseball will be winding down soon but lovin the Buc's performance this year! I have been gathering lots of Herbs and plants for health but lately, pain is just ridiculously high...I have been trying utilize every distraction I have known to work in the past but I can't seem to get it under control for long. I asked for a new med a month ago, and I'm not sure the dose is high enough...I see Doc on Tuesday and we'll see if I can increase or have to fall back on the crappy one that causes so much weight gain. It has been a good one for managing but I seriously cannot keep gaining...nor can I eat any less than I do. It's compounding all the symptoms and starting to make me a hermit-which I hate! So..applied more homemade balm, took vitamins, supplements and Advil PM, gonna go watch the games, the race, NHRA, probably Tweet some...hopefully have a nap! And proceed with gathering more Lemonbalm for a nighttime tea :)
